Hello,
When I was growing up, I would often hear stories regarding the benefits of yoghurt and milk for building muscle before a Kabaddi game. Many of the most used protein powders of today also come from milk, and in this sense the Kabaddi enthusiasts I encountered where clearly on to something. Do you have similar stories, than please share them.
What is the optimal diet for a Kabaddi player, wanting to gain muscle?
